A snapshot of guest ratings and stories behind the stay.
“The hotel is quaint, but maybe a bit tacky. The team is friendly and helpful. The location is nice, but the lake view is very much obstructed by very large trees. The rooms are comfortable, but there is a clash of styles (modern vs old/traditional/fancy). Some of the furniture is dated. The bed and pillows were too soft for my taste.”
“Bader showed extreme care and hospitality towards us! I own 6 branches and I would like him to join me too!!”
“I loved the experience it was cozy the people where so sweet i loved the massage it made me super relaxed and the souper was excellent 10/10 even the spa and the pool was amazing”
“We had a beautiful 2 night stay, for our 5 year anniversary, a bit disappointed tho. Breakfast and supper was included, fantastic. We got to the buffet breakfast, reservation required. There was no eggs, no "ham", no potatoes and no sausage left. We had to wait a good 8 mins for the food to arrive. To have bacon and orange juice you have to pay for it, it sucks for someone who does not drink tea or coffee, the water takes like chlorine. We had to buy water bottles. Fine whatever. The service was absolutely wonderful hotel and dinning room. Supper, was definitely not a hit for me, burnt veggies, overcooked meat and cold fries. I paid extra for shrimps, unfortunately it had a nasty sauce and came with some type of sausage. The drinks were pretty pricey for the place and how it was presented to us. The hotel itself is cute cute, the rooms are cute. Hardish beds, pillows oversized everything was very clean. I loved that the spas on the weekend was opened late, super relaxing and appreciated. Gym... one machine did not work, lack of dumbells. Was a bit disappointing. Now the massages, just wow!! Words cannot say how amazing this moment was. We got a duo massage, Marie-Josée and Annie are phenomenal. I am willing to come back here 2-3 times a year just for them, a 3 hour drive for us. The techniques, they kept in-tune with us, listened to our needs. Again wow.”
“My family and I stayed for 3 nights. The reviews dont represent this hotel. From the moment we walked in, staff were friendly and available to answer all questions. Check-in was quick and practical. The hotel and rooms are very clean! Yes, rooms do have big furniture but it is nothing that was an inconvenience. Many amenities near by. The pool area is also very well maintained. I asked for someone to come put the water fall on. It was done within a few minutes. Spa and sauna area also beautiful and well kept. We will definitely be back.”
